FRP sheets and roofing panels

The current TDS lists FRP sheets and roofing panels as a published application context. For this route, a buyer should define the finished sheet or panel, whether the supplied yellow appearance is required and the relevant reinforcement requirement before comparing product data.

This guide does not establish a continuous-lamination setup, weathering performance, load rating or finished-sheet performance. Those requirements need the applicable product, component and project documentation.

Panels, enclosures and partitions

The published contexts also include decorative panels, electrical enclosures, washroom partitions and construction formwork. These describe component categories, not a blanket suitability claim: visible-surface expectations, reinforcement, component design and the actual production context still need to be documented.

Where the inquiry is for a mould-facing finish, review the separate Gelcoat Resin role. Where the request is for a translucent roof-light sheet, review the Roof Light Sheet Grade Resin route instead of assuming a supplied-yellow grade meets that appearance requirement.

Laminates and moulded components

Sheet moulding and laminate applications are published for this grade, alongside laminates and moulded components. A buyer should use that as a reason to review the TDS, not as a reason to transfer product data to every laminate or moulded part.

For a focused quotation, include the component category, required supplied appearance, any reinforcement specification available, production context, quantity and delivery location. This keeps the conversation at product-selection level rather than turning the guide into manufacturing instructions.
