Sheet Grade Resins

Sheet grade resin products, including roof light resin, supplied and imported for the Nepal market.

These grades are used where the finished item is a panel or sheet — roofing, light-transmitting sheet and similar profiles. That end use puts weight on properties a general-purpose resin is not selected for: behaviour across a large continuous surface, appearance and light transmission where the sheet is meant to be translucent, and durability under prolonged outdoor exposure.

Because sheet work is usually produced in runs rather than one-offs, batch consistency is worth raising directly in an enquiry. State the profile, the process and whether the sheet is structural or light-transmitting, as those change which grade is appropriate.

One thing worth knowing before you order: both grades in this family publish the same headline values — 280 cPs viscosity, a 6.5 minute gel time, 35% styrene content and a 12-hour cure. The distinction the supplier draws between them is the intended sheet context, not the numbers on the data sheet. Where two grades read alike on paper, the grade name on your purchase order is what decides what arrives, so quote it exactly as it appears below.

How the grades in this family differ

Only values the supplier publishes on its data sheets appear below. A property is shown as a column only when at least two grades in this family publish it — a value only one grade carries compares nothing.
