Industrial & Specialty Resins

Specialty and industrial resin products, including vinyl ester, bisphenol and marble resin, supplied and imported for the Nepal market.

Specialty resins are chosen against a specific service condition rather than as general-purpose material. Chemical exposure, casting clarity, a particular moulding process or a demanding substrate will each point toward a different product in this range, and a grade that suits one of those requirements may be a poor choice for another.

The right starting point is the finished component and the environment it has to survive — not a product name. Where you are weighing one route against another, the comparison guides in the resource library set out how these families differ in practice before you request a quotation.

This family carries the widest chemistry spread in the catalogue — orthophthalic polyester, a putty and polish resin, bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester and two epoxy-based resins — and the published gel times run from 12 minutes to 45 minutes. Two points are worth checking before you order. Polyester Putty Resin is a resin for making body-repair putty and polish, not a ready-mixed putty. And where the supplier publishes a thermal figure for a grade here, it is TDS typical data: none of these sheets states a continuous-service temperature limit, so do not read one into them.

How the grades in this family differ

Only values the supplier publishes on its data sheets appear below. A property is shown as a column only when at least two grades in this family publish it — a value only one grade carries compares nothing.
