Start with the document route

The detailed TDS and product catalogue are both available, but they use different resin wording and selected values. Identify which record you are evaluating rather than treating them as a silently merged specification.

For the detailed TDS route, the published storage information is a 12-month unopened shelf life and 20-30 C cool, dry storage; packaging and order quantity for Nepal are confirmed on enquiry. Order-specific availability and terms still require confirmation.

Describe the finished composite requirement

State what is being manufactured or supplied: for example, a TDS-listed marine, wind, construction, electrical or automotive FRP laminate, or a catalogue-listed structural laminate or filament-winding requirement. Use these only as application categories, not as certifications.

Identify whether the requirement is resin only or a confirmed complete system. The TDS names an amine hardener but does not name a specific compatible Samrat hardener or say that one is included in the Fiberglass Epoxy pack.

Include material and documentation checks

Include reinforcement form if known; the detailed TDS names fabric but does not prescribe a CSM weight, fabric type, resin-to-glass ratio or laminate construction. State any required published property, drawing, written technical requirement, test requirement or document request.

Where chemical service, water exposure, heat, UV, fire, strength or adhesion is central, state the actual project requirement. Do not rely on broad product wording as an approval, compatibility recommendation or finished-composite guarantee.

Include the commercial essentials

Add expected quantity, packaging requirement, delivery city or location, timing requirement and documentation requirement. This allows Samrat FRP Traders to understand the scope without requesting proprietary manufacturing details.

The enquiry route intentionally does not ask for or provide hardener ratios, resin-to-glass ratios, cure schedules, laminate designs, process settings or troubleshooting information.

Frequently asked questions

What should I include in a Fiberglass Epoxy Resin quote request?

Include the finished fiberglass or composite application; whether resin only or a complete system is required; current TDS or catalogue reference; reinforcement form if known; relevant listed process context; required published properties or documents; quantity; packaging need; and delivery location.

How are packaging and order quantity confirmed?

Packaging and order quantity for Nepal are confirmed on enquiry. Availability, lead time, delivery terms, exact system supply and order-specific documents require confirmation for the actual enquiry.

Should I request a chemical compatibility or service-temperature approval?

If a project requires one, state the actual service condition or required document. The Fiberglass Epoxy documentation does not publish a chemical-compatibility chart, concentration limits or a continuous-service temperature limit.
