Samrat FRP Traders ले नेपाली बजारका लागि FRP Polyester Pigment आपूर्ति र आयात गर्दछ। Samrat Poly Resins, India को हालको कागजातले यसलाई polyester pigment paste का रूपमा चिनाउँछ — जुन unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester र gelcoat system मा रङ मिसाउन प्रयोग गरिन्छ।
यो आफैँमा structural resin, glass fibre वा gelcoat होइन; यो रङ थप्ने component हो, जुन पहिले नै चयन गरिएको resin वा gelcoat मा मिसाइन्छ। Supplier ले catalyst थप्नुअघि लगभग 2 देखि 5 प्रतिशत dosage राम्ररी मिसाउन सिफारिस गर्दछ, र pigment कै लागि high tinting strength (≥ 95%), heat resistance 180 °C सम्म, Blue Wool Scale मा light fastness 7–8 र specific gravity 1.45 g/cm³ उल्लेख गर्दछ।

रङ हो, संरचना होइन
Pigment ले छुट्टै चयन गरिएको resin वा gelcoat मा रङ थप्छ; यो आफैँमा resin वा surface coat होइन। पहिले resin/gelcoat system छान्नुहोस्, अनि pigment मिलाउनुहोस्।
Dosage र मिसाउने तरिका
Supplier ले लगभग 2–5 प्रतिशत dosage, catalyst थप्नुअघि राम्ररी मिसाउन सिफारिस गर्छ। catalyst पछि रङ मिसाउँदा असमान रङ हुन सक्छ।
Pigment fastness वा part weathering
High light-fastness pigment भित्र resin/gelcoat पहेंलो वा chalks हुन सक्छ। बाहिरी दीर्घकालीन प्रदर्शन resin/gelcoat कै UV stability मा भर पर्छ।
